Founded in 2013, BRAINCITIES was founded by Kazé A. ONGUENE joined lately by two computational intelligence and social science PhD. Since 2013, we are developing a predictive and suggestive autonomous system powered by an algorithm that can measure the steady states of evolving processes. Our autonomous system can identify a pattern within a context to provide context-aware recommendations for better decision-making. BRAINCITIES is combining data and behaviour analytics with strong AI to help automotive and bank industries to upskill their workers and help them adapt to digitalization. Current commercial products are offspring of prior academic R&D projects like the career roadmap or the matchmaker.
